They are the data users. In the Climate Risk Database, Registered members upload the data into the CRD, Browse different datasets and different stories shared in order to learn from the cases build in the CRD. The Registered Members also gets a notification when there is any new dataset/new data stories shared in the CRD. They are the beneficiaries of the data who download and use the data.
